He is responsible for performing on-site service and repairs of computers for private and commercial customers, assembling custom computers, working on laptops, and setting up home networks. Mr. Cross received his Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science and Business from the New England Institute of Technology in 1991. In addition to having earned his A+ Certification, he is a member of the Better Business Bureau.
