SigmaPhone LLC, the developer of the No.1 medical app, "iPharmacy - The Drug and Medication Guide", is featured in an article titled "Infectious Disease Resource for the iPhone", in the medical journal "Clinical Infectious Disease".

LOS ANGELES, CA, May 28, 2010 /Mobile Computing and PDA PR News/ -- SigmaPhone LLC today announced that one of their medical app, FDA Drugs, is honored by medical community in a scientific article in the May 2010 issue of "Clinical Infectious Disease" published by the University of Chicago Press. In their article titled "Infectious Disease Resource for the iPhone", Dr. Oehler et al of the University of South Florida College of Medicine demonstrated how medically-oriented apps facilitate medical personnel to access personal information, medical reference and clinical data. Along with ePocrates, MedScape and Johns Hopkins POC-IT ABX and HIV Guid, SigmaPhone's FDA Drugs is introduced as one of the newest drug information databases available to iPhone and iPod touch users.
